Other Info:

All Alloy Sea Boat versions have identical underwater hull shape. The craft are lengthened by fitting additional frames not by increasing distance between frames. All information in one PDF for all configurations. The targa supports can be hinged down to decrease windage when trailing long distances or to fit into carports, etc.

Also included above is a photograph of a Sea Boat framed up ready for plating. Hopefully this will give you a better understanding of how the craft is built using the one logical step after the other method. The frames have been made from a simplified table of offsets and set up inverted on a building jig. A temporary steel cross member supports the frames. All components can now be templated from the frame setup. Every thing is one logical step after the other. We are also available to answer any questions emailed to us.

Comments:

Every one wants something different. Just about ever possible configuration of the Sea Boat has been built. What is required is a good hull platform like the Sea Boat. The advantage of aluminium is that it can be customised or "sculptured" to suit owners requirements providing no large movement of weight results.

hi i am interested in the sea boat in a 6.5m setup ,
I would mainly be using it in bays and off shore ,
can the engine size be upgraded to a 250HP Outbord
to give a better sprint speed , and a higher cruise.
also how dose it handle rough conditions offshore [spray and ride quility]

Cheers

Hi, Just down loaded the PDF, great info. Wanted to clarify a few things?
Engine cap for 7m 1x200 or 2x150 are both ok? Which is better? On a pod or well?
I was looking for a bowrider for the family, do the plans allow for under floor storage? and would the deck be shaped the same as a walk arround then just add lounge?

Thanks
