If you have purchased a PDF as soon as your credit card has been cleared we will send you an email with confirmation. If you are a member the PDF will automatically appear in your members section after you have been sent a confirmation email. If not a member we will create a membership for you to log in and view your PDF. You will be sent an email with login details when your order has been processed. Also if there are any updates to this PDF you will be notified on log in that the PDF you had purcheased has been modified. In this way you will always have the latest PDF at no further cost.

If you purchased a plan we will contact you further. The plan will be prepared ready to send by standard mail or if you want it more urgently we can arrange for UPS to freight it Door to Door for an additional charge.
