Pipe berths forward. So much better than building in berths and stowages on a small steel yacht. Toilet. Typical proven layout of centreline fold down table with seats, berths either side. Then snug yet spacious galley and quarter berth. Engine fits under table amidships where the weight needs to be. Self draining cockpit. Wheel steering.

This is one of the best small steel yachts around. The real skill of a good designer and experienced boatbuilder is never so evident as with this top little boat. Suitable for extended offshore cruising for two persons. It can be comfortabily furnished and out fitted with the best of gear for the aventure of a lifetime, all with out breaking the bank. I think a sugar scoop boarding platform with a fresh water shower would just about make this the ultimate steel 31 footer.
